If you later replace your computer you might be entitled to receive a new free license according to our policy.
The product will be delivered as a digital download link to your email address after order is processed. Processing is normally done within a few hours, but exceptionally could take up to 3 working days. After you place your order you will immediately receive a confirmation email.
If you do not receive any email in a reasonable amount of time, first check your spam folder (! important !), then contact us.
If after having placed the order you find to have mistaken something (i.e: your email or machine ID), DO NOT PANIC. Just contact us and we will make the necessary adjustments. We will respond as soon as possible, but please consider that our office is open only during business hours/days (which might not coincide with those in your country/timezone). We will always find a solution.
We will ask your credit card issuer to authorize the payment, but we will actually charge it only when we deliver to you the product in full.
Credit Card processing is done by Stripe: we never see, nor store, your credit card details. For your convenience we have integrated Stripe processing into our site so that you never leave this page. Connection with Stripe is done through the secure https protocol (see the lock in your browser's address bar).
